Self Paced Exercise Course
- Learn movements helpful to daily functioning.
- Each workout starts with mobility and warm up routines to improve posture and body mechanics.
- No workout is the same, and will progress you from bodyweight movements, to dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and finally two barbell movements.
- Every workout finishes with a cool-down stretching routine relevant to the movements completed that day.
Goal Setting for Long-term Behavior Change
- Learn how to set proper goals.
- Build and maintain good habits and ditch bad ones.
- Understand and actualize your "why".
