One time buy, no memberships

​I have spent years studying and experiencing different aspects of health, fitness, and behavior change so that you may have a tool in your hands that, when used properly and diligently, will rocket you towards your goals.

This program is designed to make you successful long-term. If identifying what we wanted to change were sufficient, every New Year's resolution would be a success and most people in the fitness industry would be out of business.

Few programs will teach you how to break out of the rut you keep finding yourself in, because they want to keep taking your money. Not this one.

Self Paced Exercise Course

  • Learn movements helpful to daily functioning.
  • Each workout starts with mobility and warm up routines to improve posture and body mechanics.
  • No workout is the same, and will progress you from bodyweight movements, to dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and finally two barbell movements.
  • Every workout finishes with a cool-down stretching routine relevant to the movements completed that day.

Four Weeks of Structured Fitness programming

  • You will have every tool to do this on your own including trainer notes, printable versions of the workouts and supplemental sheets, and video or picture demos of every single movement.

Goal Setting for Long-term Behavior Change

  • Learn how to set proper goals.
  • Build and maintain good habits and ditch bad ones.
  • Understand and actualize your "why".

  • About Me​

Before and After Assessments

  • Track progress and improvement by comparing week one push up, plank, and mile scores with week four scores.
  • You will also be able to track performance variables for each workout.
