About the Trainer
Alysa Horn is a former collegiate and professional basketball player known for her toughness, competitiveness and selflessness. As a coach these qualities are at the forefront of her message to the athletes she works with today. A Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor's of Science in Health, 4 years coaching experience at the collegiate level and a born and raised Alaskan, Alysa brings an experiential and science based approach on how to train mental and physical toughness. |
