Killer Ball Handling has been introduced to thousands of hoopers all across the state and beyond. It's a great way for you to compete against yourself and others.
How it works: 50 reps for time (5 different moves, 10 reps each) 10 reps: ankle dribbles 10 reps: knee dribbles 10 reps: pound, cross cross 10 reps: pound, cross between 10 reps: pound, cross behind Time and complete on one side before going to the next. |
