How It Works

I know what you're thinking, be trained online? Weird. Well... not really. Here's how.

Step One: Getting Started

After purchase of your program, you will receive an email from me within 12 hours. I will need this waiver back from you and the enrollment forms (linked below) filled out and returned before I can begin programming your workouts, so it's best to get those done right after purchase!

You will also be required to sign a contract and conditions form, which is standard for any gym or independent trainer to waive liability for anything unwelcome and unexpected, like injury. This will be sent to you via email after your purchase.

Step Two: Consultation

This is an indirect consultation, meaning that after you complete the enrollment forms, I will review them within 12 business hours and begin drafting your program. Within this time, you are more than welcome to email me with any questions, comments, and concerns! 

Step Three: Programming

This is the best part! Your program will be individually tailored to your goals, the space and equipment you have available to you, and the time we anticipate working together. It will be accessible via your very own shiny page here on site. We will be able to comment back and forth on things such as workout scores, times, weights, how you were feeling that day, and any additional comments. You will be able to access your workouts and ask me questions as long as your membership is active.

Step Four: Communication During Your Program

I love to hear how things are going! Feel free to email me at any time during your program with videos, questions, comments, etc. I will respond to you as quickly as I can.

As a promise to excellent service, refunds are permitted if you are unhappy with your programming and experience. If this is the case, I require that you write me a detailed email or we have a chat over the phone as to why you were unhappy.
