WOD

Complete the workout as quickly as possible while maintaining good form on the various movements.
  • Pay attention the weights on the Front Squats, they increase each round until the last. Start conservative and use the time it takes to switch the weights as a short break.
  • Don't over-pace the runs, I would recommend about 85-90%.

15 Front Squats @ 45lb./65lb. (gals/guys)
