WOD #171 "The Core 4"

Today's workout is exclusively focused on building a stronger core using four different Swiss Ball movements and two different push up variations. You can add this to the end of a workout if you are looking to get a little more done at the gym, or use it as it is. 

Warm UP & Mobility
