Warm Up & Mobility

We will always do a thorough warm up to prep your body for the workout as well as mobility that targets your specific tight and restricted areas or places that may be sore from last workout.

Your workout will show up here! Past training month workouts will be achieved in the library below in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, depending on your preference.

Workout Library

As a bonus to training with me, you will be able to keep all of your workouts. This is a very uncommon practice within the fitness industry, as most trainers will want to keep you for years. However, I view our time together a success if you enjoy the workouts enough to make training a part of your normal routine and look to repeat old workouts on your own! Eventually, you will not need me anymore :)
