ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- 3 sessions a week, 40 minutes each: these will be individual for at least one week, and ultimately may transition into group sessions of no more than 4 other ladies who fit into the same needs category as you do)
- Individual check in calls every two weeks to monitor how each Fight Club member is feeling (outside of Acclimation Phase)
- Workouts will start at the beginning of each week on Monday. We will negotiate the other two days as fits for your schedule.
Phase One: Acclimation
Upon initial uptake into the program, just you and I will meet on Zoom for the first one-two
weeks in order for us to become familiar with one another and for you to become
comfortable with the user interface of the program. We will also use this time to evaluate
where you are at from a strength and mobility standpoint, and then begin establishing
baseline fitness in these areas.
Phase Two: General Preparation Phase
Once individuals have advanced beyond the Acclimation Phase, we will transition into a
General Preparation Phase where we continue to dial in on form and get stronger at
movements you are learning as well expand our movement toolbox. During this time,
depending on other enrollees in the program, we may transition to group sessions of no
more than four people.
Phase Three: Unicorn Phase
After a month enrolled in the program, we will transition to the unicorn phases where
you now will have one additional workout assigned to you per week. This will be
something you either create on your own by mix and matching from a movement menu,
or I simply assign to you. This is to help you take ownership of your own training
outside of working with myself.
