This must be signed and completed before May 21st. If registering as a team, only the team registrant needs to fill this for their entire team.

Important! If you are choosing to pay by cash or check, you must have submitted your payment within 3 days of registering in order to hold your spot!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to sign up with a team?
No. If you'd like to sign up as an individual, we will get you placed onto a team for the tournament.
Can the teams be co-ed?
They sure can.
Do I have to participate in the tournament if I want to sign up as an individual?
That is completely fine, but we ask that you let us know ahead of time that your intent is just to participate in camp and not the tournament.
If I'm in 8th grade this school year, should I do the Varsity Prep Camp or the College Prep Camp?
This is really up to you and where you think your current level is at. Choose the camp where you feel you'll get the most enjoyment.
If I'm a High School senior this year, can I still attend?
Of course! Due to the limited amount of spots, we do ask that you have intent to play post high school in order to participate. Thanks for understanding!
What are the requirements for the team?
You need a minimum of 3 people to sign up, and can only have a maximum of 4.
Do I have to do the camp if I want to play in the 3v3?
In order to play in the tournament, doing the camp is required.
Are there refunds?
Partial refunds (75%) are available until we are within two weeks of camp. After May 10th (College) and after May 12th (Varsity), refunds are unavailable. Refund requests must be accompanied with a legitimate reason, and will be considered on a case by case basis.
What happens if I don't pay within 3 days of registering my team with an offline payment?
You will lose your spot and have to reregister. No exceptions.
Do I need to bring my own basketball?
YES.
Do athletes need to wear a mask?
Individuals can decide if they would like to wear a mask or not; however, at this time we will not be requiring masks while on the court. However, when entering the O'Malley Center and when in areas that are not on the court, masks are required.
What COVID-19 Mitigation measures will you be taking?
We will have hand sanitizer available throughout all three courts and various areas of the O'Malley Center and be encouraging athletes to frequently use it. Each athlete will have their own basketball when participating in the morning sessions training. We will utilize spacing between athletes as much as possible, but please do understand that there will be some intermingling due to the nature of the sport.
