This is the type of workout you make 30 minutes for in your day, and then call it good. You will hit all your major muscle groups, get your cardio in, and also hit on some great, time saving, mobility work. Start to finish, this will take around 30 minutes, and is a great way to step up (see what I did there) and find time for you.
Warm Up
Jog 2 Flights (or) 24 step ups at an easy pace
10 Plank Raises 3 Inch Worms 10 Plank Raises 4 Knee Hugs to Traction Lunge 10 Glute Bridges 6 Traveling Quad Stretch Workout
Note: a flight of stairs has 12 steps. If you don't have access to stairs, simply find something stable to step up on 240 times
20 Flights of stairs 20 Air Squats 20 Alternating Reverse Lunges 20 Push Ups 50 Low Box Jumps (on a stair) 20 Air Squats 20 Alternating Reverse Lunges 20 Tricep Push Ups 10 Flights of stairs Recommended STretchesFollow & share on:
