You know, it's interesting how often we allow ourselves to be victims of a situation. Self-defeating talk and excuses hinder our ability to do what we are actually capable of.
It's sad really, because we all have done it, some of us may recognize that we do it, but too much of the time we give in to the "I can't do anything to change it" mentality. It's not that you can't, you just don't feel like it. Blunt? Yeah, a little. But, true. The sooner we stop lying to ourselves that we can't do something and acknowledge that we are actually allowing ourselves to be a victim or bystander of a situation, the sooner we can do something to change it. You can't change the cards you're dealt, just how the hand is played. And yes, sometimes you have to know when to fold them, and sometimes you need to be brave and take the risk. Warm Up
All Royal cards have a value of 10, Aces have a value of 1. Whatever value you draw, complete that many reps for the movement the card represents.
MobilityWorkout – Deck of cards
30 Minute Time Cap
Complete as many of the cards as possible within 30 minutes. Add the total value of your cards at the end for your score. Queens are worth 15, Jokers are worth 10, all other Royals are worth 10, and the rest of the cards are the value shown. If you would like to compete against someone else, grab a second deck of cards. OR if you would like to cooperate with someone, complete the deck together.
