MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP REMOTE COACHING & PROGRAMMING

One 30 minute digital check in every two weeks via your preferred method of communication - Zoom, Google Meets, FaceTime, etc.

Use Check-In's to:
  • Ask questions in realtime regarding nutrition, mindset, and movement.
  • Ask questions regarding your program, request adaptations, and voice any comments or concerns on how things are going.
  • Or we can transform your session into a 30 minute training live with me!

How It Works

I know what you're thinking, be trained online? Weird. Well... not really. Here's how.

Step One: Intake

After purchase of your program, you will be directed to fill out a series of questions pertaining to physical activity, nutrition, health history, your “why”, your lifestyle and mindset. These questions are for you to gain a better understanding of yourself and for me to get to know you.

You will also be required to sign a contract and conditions form, which is standard for any gym or independent trainer to waive liability for anything unwelcome and unexpected, like injury. This will be sent to you via email after your purchase.

Step Two: Consultation

After completing the enrollment forms, please allow up to 72 hours for me to review them and draft a program outline for you. Within this time, we will schedule a call via your preferred method of communication to discuss your answers and the program draft I have for you. This call should take no more than 30 minutes.

Step Three: Programming

This is the best part! Your program will be individually tailored to your goals, the space and equipment you have available to you, and the time we anticipate working together. It will be accessible via Google Docs so that you can record requested information such as workout scores, times, weights, how you were feeling that day, and any additional comments. You will be able to access your workouts and ask me questions as long as your membership is active.

Step Four: How to Access

Wait, are all these steps apart of the workout? No, no.. they are just a part of making sure you have everything you need to be successful!
When we have our consultation call, I will give you the link to your program so that we can look over it in real time and make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. This will take place prior to our first workout together.

Step Five: Kick Butt

Your program will be strategically planned for your long term goals and given to you week by week. Throughout the week you will record how you're feeling, scores, comments or any metrics that are requested. It is optional to upload videos of some of your movements if you are unsure if your form is correct or not.  I will periodically be checking your program to see how everything is going and comment back to you as needed. 

Our check ins will be at the end of every second week and I will address any questions, comments or concerns you may have. You can then expect the next week of programming by the start of your next training week! ​
