Vertical Jump
Tests lower-body power and, obviously, how high you can jump. We will test strict vertical jump (no approach). Below is a chart outlining jump height inches and how that compares to other athletes by gender (age not taken into account).

Inner Game Skills

Your inner game, or in other words your Emotional Intelligence (EQ), is a group of invisible superpowers you possess if you choose to use and express them. Without working on these, you will never achieve your full athletic potential. They have been talked about by professional athletes from multiple different sports as being the secret weapons to success.
Focus
How able are you to tune out distractions and tunnel in on the task at hand?
Confidence
How self-assured are you?
Communication
Do you verbally or non-verbally communicate to others with purpose?
Composure
When chaos surrounds you, or things aren't going your way, how much or little does it affect you?
Awareness
Are you aware of other people, their emotions, their actions? Are you proactive in situations and aware of variables that could affect a particular situation? Are you aware of how you affect these people or situations?
Courage
How fearless are you?
Resilience
When adversity keeps beating you down, do you get back up?
Leadership
Are you someone that other people want to follow?
Toughness
How often do you do the things that are hard instead of those that are easy?
Competitiveness
What walls will you run through to win? When it gets tough, do you get tougher, or do you let the difficulty of the game or circumstance get the better of you?
Coachability
Do you listen and take constructive criticism well? Do you buy in to what your coach tells you, even if you don't like or agree?
Responsibility
Do you remember things that are important? Do you own your mistakes and actions?
